Worst agency ever. They do not post all the information needed before buying tickets and refuse to refund. Beware
Customer service is unresponsive. Tried to book through the site several times and was required to key in my year of birth. Tried to key that in several times and each time they placed a hold on the fund on my credit card. Called customer service and no one can fully trace the transaction nor are they willing to help in any way. The company used to be great but now useless. I would try other sites they partner with directly such as ***********and so forth. I will never use this service again as they are unreliable.
I was charged for a trip that I did not make. The charge was to my credit card and priceline will not provide ANY information regarding the charge. Apparently Priceline SUPPORTS fraudulent and criminal activity. Furthermore when I finally spoke with someone from Priceline, they were located ion *********SHOCKER. Would NEVER use priceline EVER!!!!!!!! Look at all the negative reviews
I'm not sure if this is the result of the way the airline industry is setup or specific to Priceline, but I had a terrible experiencing attempting to upgrade a flight. First of all, it took over 90 minutes to get someone who was able to tell me why prices were the way they were, all the other people weren't able to explain to me why a price is what it is, the vast majority of that 90 minutes was spent on hold. Priceline used to be a good company. I don't know what happened but I tried to book a round trip ticket to ********* ** at the end of the transaction it say "Oh no there are no more flights for your return trip" but charged my card anyway. Why have it as an option? When I tried to call them, of course you get the stupid automatic system, you can't get a live person to talk to. Absolutely terrible! I went to purchase a hotel room in *** ****** I used their express deal option for a room. I attempted to use a coupon sent to me from them via email. I went to purchase the deal and the site rejected my purchase multiple times (through no reason) with multiple cards and would not go through saying it was a site issue. I then took the coupon off and magically the confirmation went through and showed me the name of hotel. I was trying to book a package to ******* *******with priceline.com (tickets, a hotel, and car rental) that after completing the order they deducted 544$ and canceled the trip without even getting a cancellation email or anything i looked at my bank statement they took the money and they have no records of it. So now i have to wait to dispute the order and lose time by holding this amount. They hold your money for no reason without any cancellation email.
Bait and switch, they take my credit card and personal info only to tell me the flight is booked and then try to up sell to a more expensive flight. Funny thing is that 2 days later they are still offering the same flight after I was told it was booked. Horrible customer service. A complete waste of time.

I showed up 10 minutes later and they said I would have to have another $50 charged to that card for incidentals before they could check me in. I have stayed at various ******* hotels on average 2 nights a week and every time they you check in and do a "hold" for incidentals, it takes sometimes over a week before that hold is cleared.
