i would give them a negative 100 if it was a choice. i was attempting to use their site to book a hotel for my family, when i got to the payment page it said 3 times, " issue with payment" and highlighted my card number and all in RED boxes. So not knowing why i decided well ill just pay when i get there and find a hotel. As i did just that, at 9 pm i went to pay for my families dinner and low and behold they took the money off my card. 84 dollars to be exact, at this point i had already paid for another hotel and never rece... read more

Why can’t I give these losers zero stars?? These scabs sold us airline tickets on a flight that had been completely canceled two days prior. We asked how they could even do that. They said they were not aware the flight was completely canceled. We called to get our money back and they said they don’t give refunds. So this crap company does nothing to help their customers. They don’t take any accountability or help at all. I say stay away from this scam. They have 1 Star for a reason.

I never leave reviews and am a fairly patient, understanding person, but am so beyond irritated I feel the need to do so now. I purchased my Christmas tix a couple of months early thru Priceline to guarantee window seats. I selected my preference thru the site, paid my money, received a confirmation that payment went thru and a basic itinerary. They are scammers! They placed me in the wrong location and REFUSED to modify my reservation. Thankfully the hotel made an exception in an effort to help me. They were compassionate knowing that we will be traveling over the holidays. NEVER AGAIN

I would like to warn consumers - please read the fine print as a BOLD print. I recently rented a car one-way through Priceline.com for going to *** **** ** and price offered to me was $70.57 but I ended up paying $177.87 because the fine print indicated that the rental car company may charge extra for dropping off the car at a different location even though I returned the car at **** I consider this as a highly unethical and sneaky practice. The company should clearly state near the price offered to check with the rental car... read more

They advertise that you can cancel your reservations within 24 hours but that apparently does not apply to the whole package you purchased. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel the parts that are refundable. I book for an entire company and it has made my job harder not easier. I will not be using this service any more.

I went to Priceline to book a hotel room online. Priceline said that they could not fulfill my request My credit card was charged anyway. I called customer service to see about my credit card being refunded. Agent could not give me an explanation of why charge my credit card without confirming a room. It’s not fair for this practice to happen. I was told by incompetent agent that I have to wait up to 5 days for my credit card to be refunded. Never again will I use Priceline

Horrible horrible horrible. Their customer service, how they run their company, and everything else down to their technology. Poor processes, management, and horrible customer service!!!! I will NEVER use Priceline nor suggest anyone use it again!!! Had trip booked in September (now 3 months ago FYI), and still working on getting reimbursed. They booked us a flight to ****** that did not include luggage, which is not what we paid for nor requested. Was only told this through *********. Booked a hotel with Priceline and paid them in advance however looked at my credit card account and found out the hotel also charged me. Made 4 calls to customer service without a solution. The worst customer service I've every experienced. Stay away from this company.
