CHRIS is professional, polished, good communicator, affable, gives great service. Does not posture as a macho guy trying to impress, which seems to be the mode of many guys in the automotive services industry. Perhaps the best agent I've worked with at Precision Toyota since I arrived in Tucson five years ago.

Service was great... however, in the perfect world, when I called and set up my appointment and the gal who answered the phone saw all my car info, she’d have passed that in to the technician. He would’ve looked up what service needed to be done and called or texted me with the details of cost, etc. He’d have also noted that special parts needed to be ordered and arranged for my appointment to be moved to a day when all service could be performed at that time. Brought my classic Supra MKII to the Collision Center to replace some damaged body parts. They gave it a good effort in locating parts but alas, no such parts could be found. If/when I do locate parts I’ll come back for them to install.
Rude staff, obnoxious managers. They quoted me a price and they changed the numbers on me.
