Horrible experience! They don’t deserve a ONE star! After meeting with the service adviser to do my 6 years transmission and rear/ front differential service on my truck, we agreed to do the service which can take a full day at a minimum. I was supposed to get a call or a text at the end of the day for an update (never got it) I called the next day and left several messages ( never heard from them). Brought vehicle in for service. Was greeted in vehicle before appointment time. Agent very friendly and attentive. Fixed one issue in a minute. The rest taken care of in less than an hour. Very comfortable and clean customer lounge.

The service seems to be good quality. It is expensive when compared to the average cost of repairs in Tucson. The service time completion is also slow. Typical overbooking I suppose or lack of technicians. Friendly staff there. I’ll continue to go back until I look for and find a reliable local tech that is trustworthy. My 4 runner is a 2003 so the cost of repairs has become a , “should I keep it or not issue. “! I haven’t purchased a new car there so can’t comment on that experience
