Brought my car in for routine maintenance. Service technician, Robert, reminded me to also have wheels balanced and aligned and drain brake fluid, all of which needed to be done. I was concerned that the work wouldn’t be finished by the time I needed the car back, but Robert assured me that it would, and he was right.

I was promptly tended to upon arrival. The technician that worked with me was very courteous and helpful. He brought me up to date on my car's maintenance schedule and the importance of following it so as to keep my car performing as it should. While there, all of whom I had contact with were very professional and proved to be valuable assets to Precision Toyota.
