I had an awful and deceptive experience with Precision Toyota on 10/27/2021.After receiving a quote and confirming with a salesperson that the vehicle I was interested in was available, I decided to purchase the vehicle online via the Precision Toyota web site. I recently exercised my purchase option at end of lease. I would rate my experience F. I was told I must pay the state registration fee for the upcoming year to Precision Toyota even though 1. The annual renewal is not due until end of November and 2. During the lease, I renewed directly with the state and had no issues. Why does Precision Toyota insist on inserting itself in the annual registration renewal process for a car which I now own 100 per cent free and clear??? Also, the titlework has to be done with Toyota's name removed and notarized. You'll receive new plate and registration in just your name. I had the worst customer service today. I was told he would contact in about 5 hours regarding my issue. The service representative ****,never contacted me. I started texting and leaving messages trying to get an update. Finally my husband and I decided to drive to the dealership. When we walked in **** was chatting with a coworker. He looked at me and said Oh you were next. He eventually apologized before we left. This is Not customer service.

I have been a customer of ******************** since 2015. Our Prius V was purchased new from Precision. All service has been by Precision. There have been som issues, but, these have been addressed.
