To their credit, still taking appropriate anti-COVID measures.Customer rep was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. No current ability to take anything but electronic payments.

I had a minor collision and an insurance claim. I really wanted an original equipment bumper, but my insurance claim was only for aftermarket. I went to Precision Toyota and they gave me originally equipment for the same price. On top of that, TJ, my collision manager was really helpful and really nice and I love how they do things at Precision Toyota. I've been to them before, and I love how it all works so smoothly.

Not sure what is covered under their comprehensive plan until they see what is actually the issue, the. Says it is not covered. Call a second time or third time to actually find the issue is covered. They caused damage to inside trim and I have yet to hear if theybate going to fix that. Second time I had issues woth the comprehensive coverage plan.
