Here is my story (tried to be brief)....My wife and I long-life fans of Toyota for obvious reliability. Specifically bought a total of three just from Precision. One of these 3 were brand new off the truck. Fast forward 12 years and 217k miles later we are ready to trade in for another reliable Toyota for our daughter. The 12yo Highlander has a serious computer issue that we're not willing to fix and Precision tells us "not to offend you, but we can only offer you $100 as a trade in." Went to a mechanic for over a year who told me my car was fine. In the last couple of just my car DID NOT sound fine. Went to Toyota, and found out my brakes needed to be replaced and whole lot of other things that the mechanics missed. Im glad I made an appointment and got my brakes fixed. Thanks ***!

Polite, friendly service. Good pricing. Some difficulty finding someone to help, had towed car in. Called ahead and was reassured appointment was available , but no one was able to find it when I arrived. Went through six people for ten minutes before my ticket was started. Liked the ************ to home and back. Over all good experience.
