During a recent service visit for my 2021 Tacoma, 5K service. Precision failed to rotate the tires, they also over serviced all 4 tires by 7PSI, this is a failure to follow Toyota service manual and vehicle owner manual . Owner manual states tire Inflation pressure check interval You should check your tire inflation pressure every 2 weeks at least once a month. Precision management told me they over service the tires due to our climate in Arizona to prevent a low pressure warning from the Toms system, I have not found this s... read more

Service ***** Is very poor. I made an appointment for service about 2 weeks ago. When I arrived at 8 this morning I was advised that I had no appointment by a service staff member. Her boss told me the same thing. I spoke to another service member that said my appointment was clearly made and I was on time at 8 am. The service department manager was rude to me. The service department is disorganized. Use caution if you do business with this dealership.
