His superb customer service. – I came in and wanted to try out the Canon Rebel Ti2 and Canon EOS 50D. Josh was patient, knowledgable, and educated me on the different strengths of eeach camera. I am very happy and very surprized at his superb customer service.

Rudest Satff Ever – Sure they may know a lot about cameras and camera equipment but they fail in people skills and customer satisfaction. I have used Precision Camera on and off for 10 years, wether it was purchasing a camera or getting prints done, but my last visit left me disgusted with the company that has lost the Austin charm. I had brought in some rolls of film to develop that I had been saving up for a while. Had Enough of Precision Camera – I needed someone to look at my DSLR and unfortunately Austin doesn't have many options for camera repair. Precision was unable to detect/repair the full 1-2 second lag in my cameras shutter. They brought another camera over, put my lens on it and fired some shots saying it was the same as my camera. I asked to see the camera and took a few shots - the shutter was instantaneous compared to mine - experts? I was interested in a certain brand of bag and camera strap and didn't think that a local store would have them in stock. I was pretty much resigned to having to order them off the internet and pay shipping for them, when a friend told me to go to Precision and buy them there. The prices online and the prices in the store was the same -- but, score!, no need to pay for shipping charges.
