I just want to let Precision know that I am extremely pleased with Rene H.in the lab. He always handles my orders with a smile no matter how confused I may come across. He gets my orders out and on time & if there are any mistakes he corrects them with the best attitude! I live far south & choose Precision based on Rene's work performance!

I came back on a thursday, and they very patiently spent over an hour with me working on things. Today, I showed the DVD to my committee members and they were all delighted as well. The first song chose was "It's My Party" which could not have been more perfect. There were two Elvis tunes as well, and , believe it or not, we are having a elvis impersonator at our reunion!"

When i came in on August 14th, Eric introduced me to Robert and we talked and I felt much more secure, but still very concerned as I am so illiterate about this "stuff". I came back last monday, August 31st and picked up the DVD and my bag of envelopes with the pictures. Oh my, I was so excited to watch it both on my TV and my computer. It exceeded my expectations. The right music was selected by Robert and was perfect.

Best Support you can (but don't have to) buy. – Here's the deal, you can get pro camera gear for less online, but you won't have anyone to guide you towards informed decisions about how to spend your money. And camera equipment is way too expensive to be buying something you won't be satisfied with owning. Great Customer Service – I was in the store and purchased a Canon 7D, the sales person Sandy was just a doll. She answered my questions and gave me other information I wasn't aware of. She was not a pushy salesperson trying to sell me on this and that. She was very professional, I would make the 45min trip anytime to go get my camera equipment from Precision Camera. Because of the "Local love" I recived. :)

Precision Gives Back to the Community – I was able to attend the workshop this past weekend (5/15 & 5/16). It was fabulous! Great speakers and wonderful deals. Love the canon folks....very helpful. Precision gives back to the community. Thank you for everything!

So glad Austin has Precision Camera! – I am a pro photographer here in Austin, and I consider Precision Camera to be a TREMENDOUS asset to Austin. Having a LOCAL store that I can deal with when purchasing equipment and supplies is a huge plus. Also, they have been very helpful when equipment fails (and believe me camera equipment does fail from time to time). I'd much rather deal personally with a local store than impersonally with some NY online store who doesn't know or care who I am. Precision Camera is very supportive of... read more
