Pay about 20% more for everything and get treated rudely – I've been a customer off and on for years. I've given Jerry and Rosemary many thousands of dollars out of loyalty to a local business. And sometimes out of convenience because they're the only store in town. Apparently that counts for nothing when it comes to customer service or even general courtesy or professionalism. Am total novice of camera equipment, just use a point & shoot digital for everyday pics and received a Holga as a present. Precision staff is so very helpful and patient explaining different films, basic camera jargon so I can have fun with my Holga without needing a college course in photography. LOVE the online pic ordering system, use often.
