Walked in with trepidation, because my lowly camera (bought elsewhere) had taken a tumble and was ready to be recycled. Dreaded the expense of buying another one so very soon. Brian (sp?) at the repair/rental section looked it over, twisted the lens and voila! All was well. No charge. In and out within 5 minutes. Customer service exactly as it was meant to be. Is this place for real? Another Austin gem!
When I didn't know anything, they did. – I have always had a great experience with these guys. They "carried" me up from my basic camera equipment purchases like my first DSLR, my first studio lights, my first high end lenses and so on and so forth. That's the beauty of it all. When I didn't know anything, they did and they readily offered the knowledge.
They have everything you would ever need and MORE! – I love photography and wanted to get more education with my camera to get everything I possibly could from it. I bought the basic class for 2 of us and although it was a little TOO basic for us, I contacted the manager about it the next day and he was so extremely nice, and understanding. They have an incredible selection of DSLRs and you can actually try them out, which is way better than any big box store can say.
