Patient with me – Over the last many months I had been on the phone many times with Eric and had even come into the shop a couple of times. I was very insecure about all this and was afraid that I would get some information wrong. He was so patient with me and always very kind and helpful and reassured me that all would be well and done as I/we, the committe, hoped for.

Waited on so fast – The last 3 times I've gone into the store, I've been waited on so fast, I was shocked! even though the store was hopping busy as usual.
