Scheduled 3 details, 2 SUV's and a Boat. Paid in advance. They rescheduled 3 times and would leave me hanging with no information. Have called and called but no-one is home. Folks never answer the advertised phone number. Was suppose to have 2 detailers detail 3 vehicles. One detailer never showed, happened twice. So they had 1 detailer detail 2 SUV's and a 24' boat in one day. Mind you they brought guy in from Augusta, GA 2.5 hrs away. Could not find detailers in Atlanta...go figure. Do NOT deal with these people!!!! If you make the mistake and want to use them DO NOT pay upfront!!! I had repeated schedule changes and could not have anyone answer their company's phone or return calls. I would like to leave a negative star but can't so please read others' responses before even trying to deal with these people. I hope the BBB will take note of all our opinions!!!

Had a August 15 9am appointment with All American Mobile Detailing and no one showed up.. on the phone for hrs getting a run around..then noticed many similar reviews so many others were scammed

I ordered a mobile detailing for my husband's car in June. We scheduled an initial date which I had to cancel and reschedule. At some point, either before the original service date or the rescheduled service date, the technician called me to get credit card information. My card was charged before the service was performed and now, months later, the detailing has never taken place. I tried rescheduled again but the technician was a no-show. On August 3, 2022 I contacted All American Mobile Detailing and scheduled an appointment for Sunday August 7, 2022 at 1:30. I waited and waited no call, no message no nothing. I started trying to call them to no avail. They will not return my call. They will not answer their phone. I will get my money back but I should have checked here first. They got this old man but I'm not quite done. They insisted I pay in advance. Like an idiot I agreed. I am sure they have blocked my calls like the lady before me.

I would leave a 0 if I could!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! We scheduled a detail for Saturday, August 6, 2022, at 12:30 pm. On the 3rd, a woman called wanting the payment so we paid it. On the 6th at 1:00 we still saw no detailer. We called the company and the guy supposedly tried to contact the person who was scheduled to come to our house. I booked an appointment for car detail they were quick to call back and explain their services and asked to apt up front that should have baeen a red flag, but I trusted them and now the person did not show up to detail my car and been on hold for over 30 minutes what a scam to innocent people and even more SAD they call themselves all American i sure hope they go out of business soon they are true SCAMERS

I had my car detailing by all American detailing company the gentleman came out didn't clean the inside of my car the arms the top of the mirror just didn't clean anywhere I had to go out and clean it out myself after paying $188.65 for nothing I don't see haven't been done. I have reached out to the company calling, emailing no respond back. I have called stayed on the phone for over an hour no one never picked up the phone.
