Complete rip off.....dishonest company. I scheduled for a Premium Detail package for my husband's truck three days ago. They did not show. I have made repeated call to their "alleged" customer service..... they never answer after waits as long as 30 minutes. The next day (back up day) they did not show up. I have been able to reach the schedulers but all they say they can do is refer me to customer service (again.... never heard from them). And of course, they have my money. I had an appointment scheduled for April 16, 2022, was Charged a security deposit to "hold" that date of appointment, didn't receive service due to their own issue. I asked for my security deposit refund. I had called a number times inquiring the status of refund. Every time I called I got a different story as to how or when I should receive my refund, (now those calls had a good two weeks between each call to give plenary of time for transaction to occur)I never did receive it. Very dishonest company. My wife purchased a gift card from their website and sent it to my daughter's email. She, my daughter, used the card to schedule a cleaning. Within a day she started receiving invoices telling her to pay. It took several calls to get a hold of someone. After a lot of conversations concerning their system and how they had no record of anything concerning our purchase they finally they agreed that we had purchased a gift card (since we have an invoice from them). Complete Rip Off....THIEVES Purchased gift certificate in December. Scheduled appointment in January. Not only did they not show up, they didn't call. Called & left messages repeatedly. Finally reached Shelly. Was told that 1) they had no detailers in the entire state and 2) the closest to me was over 4 hours away. They said they would refund my money. After waiting over a month, I called and was told they could not refund on my original credit card because they could no longer process Visa cards...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? ... read more

Scheduled a detail package for my Father in Law for Father's Day. No one ever showed up to complete the $379+ service. When I called to see what was going on and get a refund the representative put me on hold and no one ever picked the line back up. I am now having to dispute their upfront charge with the bank.

I scheduled a detail and my credit card was charged. later that day they said detailer was scheduled for a long job that day and would not be able to keep my appointment. The detailer was also not available for the other days I was free. They said they would issue a refund but it would take up to 10 days. Pretty disappointing condidering it was there mistake. Scheduled an appointment with this company in early April for the end of the month. They insisted on full payment when I booked the appointment. Due to medical reasons I had to cancel, I did so three days prior to the schedule appointment and they refuse to give a refund. Even filling a dispute with the credit card co has not provided a resolution
