I have experienced the same level of dissatisfaction with not receiving my refund for services not rendered. I have been awaiting a refund since 12/16/22. Poor customer service. Manager's phone line is never answered. Will I get a refund????

Do not use this company! They ask for payment before the detailer shows up (if they ever show up). I called requesting a status and was forwarded multiple times to costumer service with no help. Then was told a manager would be looking into it. Have waited all day with no call. I paid $198 for nothing. If this happens to you report it as fraud to your bank. They are scammers and an awful company. Don't make the same mistake that i did. Go somewhere else and do your research

Horrible place !! I ordered a detail package for my daughter ! They didn't return my call after two days I had to actually hunt them down to give them my business. I should have known them but I have them the benefit of the doubt ! They didn't honor their scheduled time and kept putting me on hold ! I have reported them as a fraud and demanded a refund. Please do not do business with these people they will steal your money and waste your time !

Please, please stay away from this criminal enterprise. I booked an appointment but cancelled it the very next day (and this was days before the scheduled service day). I requested a refund and still haven't gotten it. It's been a month and I've over and over and they keep running me around. This company is a criminal enterprise and I'll be bringing a lawsuit against them.

I had to reschedule because the detailer never showed up. Then at the reschedule they never showed up again. When I demanded a refund they said they would get right on it. It's been a week and still no refund.

This company is a complete scam, they take your money and never do the job. I'm out $200 for absolutely nothing. They won't show up when you reschedule nor will they refund. I'm going to try and get ******* to cover a story on them and hopefully get them shut down!!

Horrible customer service! The detailer did not show up. When I called to check the status after an hour past the scheduled time, I was on hold for 40 minutes after being disconnected 3 times. I was assured that my refund was being put though while I was on the phone. After a week, no refund. No reputable way to run a business.

Canceled my appointment and asked for a refund of money paid up front. Have called twice and still have not seen my money. Complete scam! Have been waiting on refund for 2 weeks now.

Bunch of crooks , said they don't charge card till done , she charged me right away , didn't show up 2 times , ask for refund got run around , after 30 min hold and them trying to get out of it they agreed to refund my 930 , still haven't seen it . Stay far far away
