These guys are big-time scammers. Send a kid out they just graduated from high school and supposedly clean my car. It was filthy when I got done with it still. He never washed the top of it at all. They charge me $400 for nothing. I got my money back because I went to the bank and complained and they reversed it. Thank you to my bank. I didn’t lose my money but don’t hire these people.

If only I had read these reviews before going with these people. The word “detail” should not be associated with this outfit. They came out and did the least work possible and just gave the car a cursory once over. Very disappointed.

It’s unfortunately a scam. They will take your money and never show up for an appointment. Do yourself and avoid them if possible. They use the ****** ** service to appear first and scam unsuspecting people.

I booked a service, via a phone call from this business, and they did not show up. Unfortunately, I paid for the service in advance because the sales person insisted on it. Shame on me! My appointment time was between 12:00-1:00pm. I called customer service several times beginning at 1:30...no answer. I called again and again still no answer! They took my money, scheduled, didn't show. I had to call to reschedule, and they didn't show.....a total of 5 times!!! The manager was supposed to get back with me on a couple occasions but didn't. Regular customer service cannot authorize refunds, so they "requested it" for me. (Right! Sure they did!) Finally, I was given a separate phone number to speak with someone who could submit a refund request, but had to call repeatedly to get thru ONLY for the system to hang up on me after being on hold 20-45 minutes each time. DO NOT USE!!!! Biggest scam EVER You pre-pay & then never get your car cleaned & cannot reach anyone to get refund I scheduled *& prepaid for* 2 vehicles for same day premium detail - the detailer arrived 4 hours after the appt time & said there was only time for 1 car. She left without notice. The trunk was not done at all, but the car itself was okay. I assumed I was to call & reschedule my 2nd car. No. I was told a special appointment team would contact me. I had a similar experience, I scheduled an appointment and they asked for payment at time of scheduling. The detailer never showed up, I called and was able to get ahold of someone to reschedule for the next week. Again, the detailer never showed and I requested a refund. I've called and emailed multiple times about a refund, with no response over a month later.
