Be aware!!!!! This company is a giant scam! Sell you a service that you pre pay for and don’t deliver. They will not refund your money no matter what they lead you to believe. I paid $1500 up front for a detail and 5 year ceramic coating. Once they finally showed up, I got a wash and wax from their 3rd party detailer. I had a similar experience, I scheduled an appointment and the company asks for payment in advance of the detailer showing up. However they never showed, never called to reschedule or reimburse me. I rescheduled my whole work day to accommodate the limited scheduling availability. When I requested some assistance and some clarification on status of the detailing crew I was forwarded multiple times to costumer service with no assistance just multiple dead ends till I finally contacted my credit card company to report it as a ... read more

No show, charged before the service was even scheduled to begin, and then hasn't refunded me yet. They've had $170 of mine for nearly three months, and I've been promised a refund but I've seen none of my cash refunded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I was very unlucky to contact this company, this is the worst one. I paid 915 dollars in front to detail my car, but I had to cancel the appointment because my car had a big scratch. I requested to refund my money, they promise me to have the refund in 10 days. It is already 6 months and nothing is happening. I called them about 20 times and always the same response “ we are going to resolve your problem “. Don’t use this company, iI Will write a complain to the credit Bureau. If you have **** **** spread this review please.

Booked for 12pm detail and didnt show up until 6 and it was dark so they did a horrible job. said they would come back three different days to fix it and never did. SCAM

Liars, cheats and thiefs. Did not show up 12/29/2022, even after I called repeatedly. Finally was told the detailer had no idea about my appointment. They said I would get a refund. But after 3 emails, 3 calls and repeated unanswered calls, still NO Refund. $200 lost.

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would have seen all the horrible reviews before I booked, all I saw were 5 star reviews. I'm wondering if they were real. I booked & prepaid a $498. detail for my car because I wanted it "trade in ready" for my new car purchase. I paid for my mother's car (77 years old women) to be detailed for Christmas. This business is a scam and needs to be held accountable for what they are doing with offering a service and not delivering especially when the customer pays up front. I paid $630.42 to have my cars detailed. On the day of service the detailer was a no show and didn't call to explain why. I called company and ask for refund and still haven't received my money back.
