One star is too generous! This company is a scam. After reading all of these reviews (I should’ve done this before requesting the service) I realize now that I’ve been suckered by a thief. They will woo you with polite and professional customer service when you are ordering the job and when you call to begin the process of requesting a refund. But nothing ever comes of it It’s not worth the pain and rage that will come from trying to get a refund or trying to get them to actually do the work they were hired to do. $220 down ... read more

They failed to complete ANY item on the agreed scope of work. We were charged $1,775 and had to pay in advance. Phone calls were never returned. Tried to reach a manager, that failed too. Emails were also not returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I scheduled a detail for 4/21 and paid on 4/11 was told I had to pay in advance which was my first red flag. I started doing my research after I made my payment and read the astounding number of negative reviews. I called back and cancelled and requested my refund. The guy kept asking why i wanted to cancel and asking what happened for me to cancel. I told him I just wanted to cancel and get my money back. I hired All American Mobile Detailing (aamdetailing.com) to detail my car. It was supposed to have a complete interior detailing including carpets shampood, waxing, clay bar treatment, the works. I payed about $400 to have this done. When I got my car back, it was clear that the carpets were not shampood (at least not with water) the car was covered with wax and actually looked worse than when I left it. I should have checked these reviews before booking with them. The first appointment was rescheduled because the detailer lived an hour and a half away.?????? So????. The second appointment was rescheduled because it was raining where the detailer lived. I explained that it wasn't raining where I lived, and there was only a one percent chance that it would. Horrible! Do not get suckered by their online photos. I purchased their premium "Captain's Boat Package" for my 23' Center Console. I was horrified when I saw what their work. They didn't even clean the entire boat. I have tried to contact them and they won't respond (typical of the online reviews). The boat is so dirty and the basic compartments, including the baitwell have dirt in them. This company is a total scam! I have pictures I will add to the review if possible. Do not use this company. I was given a gift card in February. Scheduled for that month, was called and told the person doing my job had quite, rescheduled, was then told on the day that, that persons car broke down, rescheduled, was told that that person was sick and had even called a couple hours prior to double check they were showing and was told yes. My car was supposed to be detailed on the 6th of the month. When I booked the appointment, I was informed that they would require a card on file, and that they would only place a hold on it until the service was actually performed. However, this was not the case, and they charged my card the full amount on the day of booking.
