Scheduled an interior detail and spent ~30m being redirected on the phone to get to someone who could process my credit card. Appointment was made on a Friday morning and they had to use my backup slot on Monday afternoon. We cleaned out the car and made sure we had power and water ready for the detailer. It's a scam. I made an appointment on a Saturday then cancelled it because of weather. I told them I have a garage they can work inside and they told me no. They then said I have to reschedule so I called to reschedule and they told me they don't have any Saturday appointments. I told them to give me my money back and it has been weeks now and nothing. I have called and called and just get the run around about getting refunded my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

Called and scheduled appointment and paid almost $300 for the deluxe detailing. Appointment was at 12:00 pm. Received a call from the tech at 11:30 am to confirm the appointment. Almost two hours later, no-one showed up so I called and asked for a manager and he told me that the guy had broke his leg but was still on his way!! I questioned that and he hung up on me. They came out and did my car. And chip they paint on my drivers side door. 2020 Jeep. And after 4 emails and 2 phone calls still can’t get them to call back. For what they charge will never use them again.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I had two vehicles scheduled to be detailed on a Thursday. After confirming the appointment and being charged $350 for the job that was going to be performed, I was contacted later the same day with a reschedule for the next day on Friday with an arrival of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. I cleaned my personal belongings out of both of my vehicles and got them ready to be detailed. "My car looks like a 12 year old cleaned it with a dirty rag on the inside" Actually, I'm confident a 12 year old would've done a better job. Smeared windows, missed vacuum areas, missed trash under seats, missed leaning areas on dashboard and door panels. No response from emails and repeated calls to the company. They've stopped answering the phone when I call. I'm trying to do a claim on my credit card. hopefully I'll get my money back that way.

I paid in advance against my better judgement. Day and time of appointment came and went. Called and was put on hold over an hour for an account manager that never answers. Please don't use this company

I paid 250 dollars, to have my car detailed on the interior and wash and wax on the exterior. The inside was not done well and I have a huge scratch on my screen. Did not even attempt to wash the outside. I asked for a refund. I was told they could not do it because the detailer was already paid. Still waiting for the manager to get back with me about rescheduling. I received the checklist 3 hours later.

Beware do not go to this company read your reviews because I wish I would have this place is a joke I paid $220 to have my truck cleaned inside and let me just say it wasn't done right at all what they did I could of DID MY SELF like this place is a joke they take your money and when you call them to make it right they gave you the run around telling you that all they can do is email the manager to contact you I've been waiting over a week for this e-mail from this manager I would just say just stay clear away from this comp... read more
