1 star is generous. Worst customer support I've experienced. They are open daily but you literally wait half an hour on calls and still are on hold for customer support. Of course you can easily get a hold of someone to book but for a refund definitely not. Submit an inquiry online? Doesn't matter, no one gets back to you! So frustrating. Never dealing with the company again.

I requested this company to come out and clean the interior of my car. I paid them $167 for the service. They never showed up. I tried getting my money back and was declined so I kept calling back numerous times and they would tell me that they'd find out what happened and call me back which never happened. This place is a scam and should be shut down for good.

This company is horrible!!!! They sent a guy out to detail our boat, we got the Captain pkg with the compounding the gel coat, this guy was sent out and later told us he's not comfortable compounding he has NO experience!! The sent someone out the next day, they told us this pkg takes 6-8 hours, this guy knocks on our door claiming he is done 2 1/2 hours later!!! Did not do half of what he should have!!! The are a VERY misleading company and I would definitely NOT recommend them!!

When I found this company online and they offered online scheduling I got really excited and hoped they would be my new go to for my personal vehicles and for my customers and staff at my office. Previously we were loyal to the same business for several years, however they bought a brick and mortar recently and only offer in house services VS mobile detailing now, so we were searching for a new mobile detailing business to support. It's been a whirlwind. I had my appointment set and then had to reschedule due to a conflicting appointment. Everything is set and AAMD changed my appointment to a different day and time without confirming and during my work hours. I called to ask why and decided to cancel, as I was already annoyed having to reschedule again. I am able to cancel with scheduling but they can not issue a refund. I would give zero stars if I could. I've never had a mobile detailing so I didn't know what to expect. I paid up front (they make you in order to schedule the appointment). There is a one-hour arrival window. I got up early to prep and move my car. When they were 20 minutes past the arrival window, I tried calling the only phone number for the company. 0 STAR BUT i HAD TO PICK ONE......Scam. I wanted to get my husbands car detailed for his birthday and on the 20th of August I was told it would be wash, wax, interior premium with leather cleaned seats and 2 up front floors shampoo. I paid in advance for two premier details (because of an offered discount) to be completed on 7/18. The arrival window was between 1 and 2, and the detailer showed up at 3:30. I watched him walk up to my door to leave a note without knocking so I met him at the door, where the note said he would call to reschedule. He seemed unaware that he had two cars to detail. On August 7, 2022, I called AAMD to set up a detailing appointment for my car. The service rep set up the appointment for August 11, took my credit card number, and sent a contract for me to sign. The contract had no refund restrictions on an appointment cancelled days before a scheduled appointment.
