All American Mobile Detailing did a poor job in handling my refund of only fifty dollars. I will never use their services again and I will inform others to do the same. Technically, this act from All American Mobile Detailing constitutes theft and fraud. I want my refund of only fifty dollars.

I retaining All American Mobile Detailing to do "The Perfect Interior Package" for 11/22/2021. I was expecting the detailer to do what was listed in this package. My windows look like my 2 yr grandchild tried to help. Carpets were not shampooed at all; only vacuumed. No leather conditioner was done. No odor treatment was done. When I called to ask for a partial refund they said the detailer called them to let them know he was not able to finish. No mention to us and no call from the office. Garbage! Missed all the details. One rag to clean it all smears on the windows towel wiped spray job instead of wax. Carpets look great but still missed spots with vaccum and seats have streaks. No shine to the interior at all outside is half assed as well. If they ever answered the phone I'd take care of this issue. $210 for what? I could have gotten more from the car wash. There was no daylight for the detailer because of daylight savings time and my location. Still not a good reason.

I retained All American Mobile detailing to come to my home and detail my car. When I looked online at my bank account they had already processed the fee to do the work but they did not disclose that they had added a service charge of 3% for paying with a credit card. Nowhere on their website does it state this 3% service charge. I have requested a refund and advise them that if it is not expedited in a normal amount of time that I will contact my card issuer about fraudulent charges on my card.. We tried 3 times to use this service. Three times, the guy was a no show, and it took them almost an hour to answer the phone. They also took our money ahead of time. This place is a scam. Do NOT use them!

Here's my rant for the day. Do NOT use All American Mobile Detailing for your car derail. They stripped off the coating on my headlights!!! Then when I called to ask about it they blamed me for it!! The lady was extremely rude and did not apologize. They did not offer to pay for it or fix it or anything. They said it was my fault because I got a headlight restoration. Uh no never have. I contacted All American Detailing on the 10/19/21 to come out to detail my girlfriend car & my truck. on the day that someone was to come out to do the detailing on both of our car & truck nobody showed up. I didn't receive a phone call let alone a email on why nobody showed up, it wasn't until I called them and ask why nobody showed up; I was told that the guy who was schedule to the work had a family emergency. After I had my car detailed by this company there was paint missing from my car. It cost me $695 to repair and All American Mobile Detailing said they weren't responsible. Do not use this company.

Never showed up, never refunded, gave them another chance, did not show up AGAIN. Unprofessional and a Scam. This business is a joke and there are way too many REAL companies out there. Don't waste your money or your time. I wish I could give zero stars as that is what they deserve.
