I would not have pressed one star except it was the only way to leave the face review. I'm a palled by the way this company does business. They take your money in advance and then never show up to do the work as promised. They use the same two excuses the first time which is mine boggling that they don't even know how to cover themselves. They're not available to service you when you call customer service. My car looked like a child washed it, I spent $300 and was left with spots all over my car, a stain running down the drivers door, the windshield was never touched, wax was left all over my black rubber pieces, what a waste of money.still waiting to see if they are going to make it right.

Made an appointment that resulted in a no-show. The company claimed that the car detailer changed medications which caused him not to be able to provide service. However, no one called to inform me nor did they call to re-schedule. So on the day of the scheduled service, I called them and was told that someone reached out to me the day before which was just a blatant lie. Then they offered to re-scheduled but I said, no. Made an appointment to have my boat detailed. After FOUR reschedules and over a month of delays the guys shows up and does a half assed job. Missed spots all over the cockpit, and residual dirt left behind. Multiple emails sent to AAM (as they were threatening to send my bill to COLLECTIONS after not paying for 6 days - SIX DAYS) as well as follow up phone calls. I should have read reviews before scheduling with this place. I am starting to think it is a scam. Many reviews say the exact same thing that I experienced. I scheduled an appointment for April 13th, 2020, and the guy never showed, and I was never contacted. I had to call and ask what the deal was, and also had to wait for a really long time before I was able to talk to a person. I requested a refund and told it would take 7-10 days to process (what?). I made an appointment online last Wednesday (4/7/21) for early Thursday morning (4/8/21). They called immediately to let me know they didn't have that time available (so why not take it off the website?). I scheduled for a week out to today (4/15/21) at 8am. Minus -5 Stars but did not see that option. On 3/30/21 We paid to have the Premier Detail - Truck/SUV done on 2 vehicles and paid extra to have the Undercarriage wash done on my truck but I did not receive the full services that I paid for. They did a job on the inside of the SUV & ok on the inside of the truck but when it came to the outside of both vehicles I got no more than a quick mobile car wash and not a detailing service. I requested a detail that was rescheduled by the detailing company the same morning the person was suppose to show up. The detail job was needed on that day because I was in the process of selling my vehicle and wanted it cleaned for the buyer. All American Mobile Detailing company already deducted the money from my card the day before.
