I originally scheduled a detailing appointment for 4/28 and was immediately sent an invoice for payment. Over the next few days leading up to the appointment, I was sent follow-up emails requesting payment of the invoice. I thought that was strange as they never mentioned payment up front. This is a SCAM not a business. No show, no call but they charged me. Now I'm have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. AVOID AT ALL Cost!!!!

All American Detailing, specifically Russ, did a great job on my car, HOWEVER, the OFFICE STAFF is SUPER RUDE !!! They talk over you, and they hung up the phone on me TWICE, when I was trying to pay my bill !! They never send you an invoice, they just keep asking for your CREDIT CARD over the phone. Everytime you CALL THEM, it takes 15-25 minutes, just for someone to FINALLY PICK UP THE PHONE... I simply asked for a PAPER COPY of the invoice, so I can get them paid. This company is a rip-off stealing people's money! I booked an appointment this past Sunday, the detailers showed up in his small SUV with poor equipment he cleaned the car, and when he was finishing up, I went to check on the car, the exterior barely looked like it was washed and the interior looked like a basic vacuum there were stains everywhere and crumbs all over the vehicle. I scheduled a detail service for my vehicle 2 weeks in advance. I scheduled a day off from work to have this done. I paid upfront $198 for the service. On the day of the service no one showed up. I called to inquire 2 hrs after the scheduled appointment time. After being put on hold I was told the guy that was scheduled to do the work could not make it. Asked me to reschedule. This company is a rip off stealing people's money. I booked an appointment on March 24, 2022 for next day March 25, 2023 for arrival of 3:30-4:30. No one ever showed up no call to say they wasn't coming. I called and no one answered for 1.5 hours and I finally hung up. I now have to dispute the charge of $309.66 with my bank because I refuse to reschedule with a company who steals money and can't stand behind appointments they make with customers. The guy showed up at 4;00 p.m. and was here until 9:30p.m., mind you dark out and working on my car in driveway. Couldn't see how car looked cause of darkness, we signed off on it when he was done. When I pulled my other vehicle in driveway I couldn't believe how terrible it looked. There was compound smudges everywhere, wasn't buffed out, missed half the car. Requested appointment online and received a confirmation of that. Following that, no follow up call, no show for the time requested and upon calling and speaking with a live person they had no one available in the area today. When they offered another day, I said, "Forget it!" and they just hung up. Zero apology, zero I'm sorry this occurred, they just hung up. Horrible customer service.

I had my brand new telluride ceramic coated by a Ronald in Orlando and he did a fantastic job! I was hesitant to go thru this company due to their bbb score but I have it a chance when they ran a special on ceramic coating and I'm so glad I did. The service I received when booking my appointment was timely and courteous, Kim was a sweetheart and explained why ceramic coating on my brand new car was a good investment. I'll be using them again when my dogs inevitably get the interior of my car dirty. Thanks Ronald & Kim!
