DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I wish I had seen these reviews before I spent almost $700 with this company! I scheduled a auto detailing they convinced me to up my package! I was very excited when they told me that my car would look like a brand new car when they were done with it! Needless to say I am not happy! It's been over three weeks since I scheduled! All American Mobile Detailing is the worst company that I have dealt with. $298.00 for a horrible "car wash".I can't call it a detail because it was so poorly done. Finally got someone from customer service to answer the phone and was offered a30% refund and a re do on the detail. I waited 2 hours past the promised show up time and no show. Scam!! Stay away. The guy that actually came out was very nice, however, could not completely finish some of the services like headlight restoration which I paid for. Offered to reschedule, then had to cancel. Got an email that they would refund my money to my original payment method. 3 weeks later no refund. Stay away, stay very far away from this company. They keep transferring when you call and no one will give you a straight answer. Sounds like a bunch of incompetent teenagers running the company.

This place is an absolute waste of money! They're very expensive and all they do is hire anyone with a rag and a bucket to come do your car. And when you call the customer service number you're literally waiting for over 30 min for someone to answer. I would not recommend these guys at all! Find a local detailing service who isn't a sub contractor!

Simple terrible customer interactionl Failed to appear and difficult to obtain the credit card payment return. DO NOT PAY in advance - spent over 35 minutes on phone listening to music while I waited patiently for customer service.

I purchase the Captains package from this company, The detailer washed down my boat and that was it. I told him I had him on my Ring camera and went outside and observed what he was doing many times. I paid $750 for a detail package and even after providing photos of dirt and mildew, stains and leaves and dirt in my storage boxes and fish wells and telling them I have video to back up my claim. WHAT A HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I really wish I read the reviews first. I booked for two SUV that cost around $550. No show to the scheduled time and I have been blowing up their email, phone with no answers. I was initially promised a refund when I could not reschedule. It's been two weeks without hearing a word from anyone. What a terrible business. Please do not associate with this business!

Wow I wish I read these reviews before. I was very excited when I saw this company and they looked legitimate. I paid just under $400 up front to have two cars detailed, spoke to the woman at length on the phone and she was very nice and informative. On the day of the detailing I waited past the 1-2pm window I was given for arrival, then called. I paid them roughly $155 for a job they never showed up for. I called them to get my refund. They said it would take 10 business days. Now they dont answer my calls or return them. Also no return payment received. Do not use this company!
