I called and scheduled All American to come out and detail a vehicle. I paid the $159.35 up front. I got a text stating that 'Luke' would be there on Friday at the scheduled time. He never showed, no phone call either. I called the next day, spoke with the young lady that answered the phone, she was very apologetic, she said that they could reschedule for the next business day, I just wanted a refund. I had the worse experience with this company! I scheduled the service over the phone and paid 50% of the total charge upfront to confirm my reservation ($181). ON THE DAY of the service, I get a text saying that the detailer is no longer with them so they have to cancel the service and that it would take 3 to 5 business days to get refunded. This happened a month ago and since that day, I am calling twice a week to get the status of my refund. I booked a car detailing to be done at my home in Washington DC for the morning of 5/12/20. They called the day before and said they needed to reschedule as the detailer scheduled was no longer with the company. They rescheduled for Monday, 5/18. The time came and went. No one showed up. No one called. When I called them they said they called me Sunday to tell me they needed to reschedule. My phone showed no missed calls and no messages. I hired All American Mobile Detailing to come detail my car and truck a few weeks ago. When I first scheduled the service, the technician never showed up or called, which should have been my first indication of bad customer service. However, Someone from the office called the next day to reschedule. Once I rescheduled, the tech came out and detailed both my vehicles, however the fabric on the inside of my car door came off from their shampoo machine or vacuum.
