This company is a scam! They charge $300+ for auto detailing, however, they perform a subpar basic war wash. I called and email several times and did not receive a reply.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They cancelled appointments on me twice due to an "emergency." I tried calling customer service more than once and I am still waiting on my refund. Currently requesting a refund on my credit card because every time I try to get someone on the phone from this company they claim they can't hear me... it's a SCAM.

I really should have done my research before paying up front and I'm so angry that I fell for it. They were scheduled to arrive today at 8 am and at 9:01 am I called and they said the detailer's car broke down and then they later said their car had crashed? Which one is it? They said they would like to reschedule but I said no and they said they would refund in 5-7 business but I doubt that's going to happen now. This company needs to shut down and stop scamming people. So many complaints and nothing has been done?

While the detailer was later than scheduled, she arrived and stayed until she was finished and did a good job. I asked for the Perfect Interior because a paint spill in a car seat. The paint didn't come out but it wasn't because she didn't try. And I didn't really expect it to since paint remover didn't work. On the bright side, the inside of my truck was the cleanest it's been since it was new and it smelled good. I considered it money well spent.

I set up an appointment to have my truck detailed, the lady quoted me $220.87 to have my truck done. I agreed to that, gave my card information, and later that night, received an email receipt of $726.98!!!!! NOW I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE! I hope this comment can save someone from making the same mistake I made, it's a total ripoff and a scam. AVOID GIVING THEM MONEY AT ALL COST!

I had my first appt scheduled and took time off from work for a no show. They rescheduled for the next morning at 8 am. I was unprepared for another no show. The first problem was an auto break down. The second was because of a fender bender. This business requires prepayment and is I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund. They were not phased nor were they apologetic. This is very unprofessional and I will never prepay for a job not done again.
