Purchased a gift card for a detailing for my mom for her bday. Scheduled detailing and they say they need an hour lead way. Had a 10am appointment. I started calling an hour later for an ETA. After “5” calls later I’m told I need to reschedule detailer cannot not make it after waiting 3 hours. I want a refund!! Poor customer service. Was hung up on twice. Asked for a manger three times no call. SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I’ll be lucky if I get my money back.

Does anyone know how to reach a supervisor? I was promised a refund 2 weeks ago. First appointment no one showed. 2nd appointment came an hour early. When i called I was told he would be there at 4:30. Well he came ar 3:30 while i was ar work. I have called almost daily and get same response...I will send message. No refund and no call back. Very disappointed in this company.

I regret not reading reviews before using this service. Overcharged for a very inferior job. Many of their online listed services were not provided and detailer admitted he did not have proper equipment, a drill brush to remove stains. . The rugs were vacuumed and windows cleaned and dash wiped down. But nothing was used to condition leather, the console was not properly cleaned, nor visors, door jabs, cup holder and rear door pocket holders, The detailer was unwilling to look at areas I had questions about instead he got in... read more

Detail for 2 vehicles made for July 29 between 9&10am. Detailer was a no show. Spent 38 minutes on the phone attempting refund plus the time to empty my work vehicle. The company is a good idea but appears to be a scam. Stay away

I wish I had come here and read the reviews first. They did the same thing to me rescheduled twice, no show. Calling my credit card company to dispute. Scam artists.

Is a zero available? On July 9th I requested to schedule a detail for my Honda Accord. Advertised as 159.00. They called me and set an appointment for the 13th. On the 11th, I had a bad feeling about it so I called to cancel and was put on hold for 25 minutes and no one ever picked up the call and no option to leave a message so I emailed them and told them that I needed to cancel because their Terms and Conditions say to do that. Company is a joke. Paid $200 up-front that locks you into a contract agreement and holds the customer accountable for any forfeiture of their money if they choose to cancel or deny their services for any reason. The contract is to protect their business, not the consumer. Had my appointment rescheduled 3 weekends in a row before I finally gave up on this company.
