I used this company because it had good reviews. The appointment was made very quickly over the phone, and my credit card information was taken very quickly. On the day of the appointment, although I had warned that I didn't have water and electricity, someone showed up with a small car, with no water on board and no electricity. Absolute scam. Scheduled appointment they never showed or updated me. Every time I called they ignored my number. When I call from my work number they answered and then put me on hold for over 15mins until I hung up. Last time I talked to someone they “they can make a note” that I wanted a refund. I have to go through my bank to get the transaction cancelled. Luckily it haven’t been 60 days

Totally unprofessional, scheduled me twice and canceled, took my payment, up front. No refund! Do not use this company. They pretended to be located close to my home, I emptied my car and trunk out completely for many weeks. Difficult to reach anybody by phone or email. Put me on hold forever.

Jermaine arrived on time with all of the necessary equipment to detail my 26-foot boat. The finish was dull and he brought it back to life after five hours of loving care. The colors shine bright again. I highly recommend this service.

This company charge me for services in advance that were never rendered. They kept rescheduling the auto detailing service then within 24 hours of when a detailer was supposed to perform the service, I would receive a call with some kind of excuse that they couldn’t make it and needed to reschedule. They kept pushing it out for weeks. As a result, I requested a refund and was told it would be processed within 5 to 7 days. Scheduled a Jetski detail and No one showed. When I called, no one answered. I called 3 times. before reaching someone. I was told a manager would call me, and never received a call. This place is an absolute scam and wants nothing but your money! They have no intention of coming out to do the job or completing it in a satisfactory way. I am so upset.

total scam! Exactly what all other reviewers are stating. first appt was a no show, tech 'took a new position in sales' so they offered me a 15% discount and rescheduled. Second appt was a no-show, they couldnt get a hold of the tech, would issue me a refund. Never saw that, and calls were never answered after that, once sitting on hold for 2 hours. Disputed charge with my credit card company and got my money back. Proceed with caution when dealing with this company!

Called and scheduled a detail , and rescheduled for earlier. Detailer didn't show up. Called back and they were trying to find another detailer, said they would call back and never did. It is hard to talk with a person in customer service and when you get put on hold it hangs up on you. I don't recommend this business.
