No show or phones.... never showed up. Wasted two days waiting for them and over 4hrs on hold. Cancelled the service, told that that would credit my credit card for the full amount $610.45. Never did! I was told that they DO Not have the ability to credit my account. The solution was a gift for card ($610.45 plus an $150.00 for the trouble). I guess the circus is missing some clowns... I do not recommend this company -apparently the service they supply is to take money and provide excuses. Merritt Island, FL Star rating --10

They came out. A kid in a beat up old Mercedes and all his tools in the trunk. His car got a flat tire while here. He was late (20 minutes after the window). And the weather was turning nasty Still he started the job. His pressure washer was broken spewing water everywhere. Stopping and starting over and over. Finally after 4-hours, he only finished the interior and did a quick exterior wash. Then I suggested he get to a tire shops before they closed and pumped up the tire for him. I had a bad experience with this company and evidently a lot of others have too based on the BBB information I found. They are professional as hell up front - then they get your credit card information and send an e-contract for you to sign -- all sounds on the up and up right? The day of the service I stay home (on a weekend) and await the technicians... no show... after waiting on hold forever TWICE I am told there must have been a scheduling snafu and they wish to reschedule me.. I've been trying to call them for over a month to get a refund on my ceramic hull coating since the weather was not cooperating. I called and have been on hold one day for over 4 1/2 hours before hanging up. My next thing is to drive to the company and see them in person! I will never use their service or recommend them to anyone. Terrible company! Unfortunately, I cannot give them zero stars because of the review board!

Same story as every other comment. They took a payment then never showed and left me on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company but I’m guessing this is just a $275 lesson for me not to be so trusting.

Joe F This company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been dealing with them since May of 2023. Not only have they not shown up for their appointments, but, when they did, they sent people who had no idea what they were doing. One was part-time and one walked off the job. This occurred after 2 no-shows and no notifications. I gave them additional time to make things right, and then another no-show. We had my suv detailed, the detailer was supposed to be out to my house at 1pm. I called the business at 2pm was told that they were running late at another job was told that they would be at my house at 3pm. At 4pm called again was told on the way. Didn't show up till 4:30pm was at the house for 3 hours. I paid for the service to top fluids off this wasn't done. Also the console of my suv was still dirty. They are awful Came late after cancelled first appt . Would not do what was agreed for the price of $481. Instead wanted $750. I told him I did not want any work done. They charged my credit card $481 twice on Oct3 and Oct 4. I called them to no avail. Put on hold and no call back. Notified my credit card company and they are withholding payments. I should have read the reviews. I would rate them zero stars.
