This outfit sells one product and then switches and changes what services they will perform the morning of your detailing, I had called 2 days in advance asking for a specific list of services to be performed on my RV and Truck. I was told you will get a checklist the morning of and this is because you can only cancel services 24 hours in advance. Appointment was made. They are a no show and unresponsive at their office. Put in hold for over 20 minutes and then disconnect. Horrible customer service and they never showed.

This company loves stealing money from its clients. I purchased a detailing for two of my cars on september 1st, of this year. We waited 6 hours for someone to show on the day of our scheduling. STILL to this day we have not heard from ANYONE in the company, I have attempted to call every day, waited on hold for a collective 7 hours, i have been CHARGED for the service(or i suppose no service).... All American mobile Detailing is a horrible business, canceled on me 3 times, took my payment, then took almost a week for manager Joshua to reach out to me here in Arizona... rescheduled me the following week, just for a Mia to call and cancel again for the 4th time, I requested multiple times via email and to manager Joshua to have owner reach me so that I can put a formal complaint and no one ever bothered calling me.. when I call customer service the hold time is over 45 minutes then when they answer they hang up... terr... read more

This company is a joke, I have waited two weeks trying to get my money, they got my deposit, and so far I have not been able to get my car cleaned, the first week they told me the technician got sick and wasn't able to come, this week they forgot me altogether and I the technician that they tried to call at the last minute ended up calling me telling me that they booked him at the last minute and was only offering him a 100.00 and unless they came up with more money he wasn't doing the job, you can't make this up... Horrible business, Wanted payment up front, detailer didn’t show up or call to cancel. I gave them a second chance, no show, no call. Called office 3 times, long wait time on hold. First two people put me on hold, then disconnected. When we finally reached someone willing to help she couldn’t contact detailer.

I scheduled them for a boat detail on three different dates and all three dates were no show no calls. I had to call their 877 number and waited on hold for almost 40 minutes each time. Each time they offered a discount, but what good is a discount, if nobody shows up. Do not waste your time with this company.

If there was a 0 for a rating, that's what we would give. Our appointment was today, Friday, September 15, 2023. It was a no-show. We haven't checked our email or texting for today yet. It's a scam, and we are sorry we didn't read these reviews first. We are an innocent married couple in our 70s. No one has mentioned that they will call their credit cards and stop payment on their charge. We will try that first thing in the morning since it is 10:37 p.m. here in Massachusetts.
