I really should have read these reviews in advance. I paid the deposit fee for them to come to the house and do an interior cleaning. They did not show up, nor did they call. I called to reschedule. Again, no one showed up, and no one called. When I called this time to see what was going on, I was told that a manager would be calling me the next morning to sort everything out. Unsurprisingly, they also did not call. Near impossible to get connected to anyone on a call in an attempt to get my deposit returned. HUGE SCAM.

This company is the worse that I have seen so far. They charged me 600 dollars retaining and today no one shows up for the appointment.. I am still on the phone waiting for a manager to take my call so they can refund my money and literally I have being on the phone waiting for 3 hours and 38 minutes and still nothing!!! This is ridiculous!!

I requested an auto detailing for my Honda accord. They took $182 from my card but nobody showed up. I called the customer care, after 45 minutes of wait they rescheduled it. But again no body showed up. I called customer care again. After couple of times (wait up to 45 minutes each time), they agreed to refund my money. Nothing happened for 6 business day. Contacted this company to have a vehicle cleaned. The person never showed up and have attempted to contact them multiple times with no success. Currently disputing the charges with credit card company, but this company is nothing but a scam.

This company is a COMPLETE scam. Do not contact them! First appointment had to be rescheduled due to weather, they rescheduled and never showed up. I tried for three days to reach them, to no avail since they don't answer the phone OR just hang up. I finally got wise and should have done this sooner, checked my credit card account. I was quoted 387.00 and they hit my credit card for 842.00. I have disputed the charge and also tried to call this scam company again, but guess what? No answer. Beware! In August 203I asked for a service that cost a little over $1300. They asked me for half upfront, and that I’d pay for the rest when it was complete. The guy even gave me his phone number. They left a message saying that the guy that was supposed to come had a family emergency and needed to reschedule. I rescheduled they never showed up. Paid $420 for detail on two cars they only completed one car. Rescheduled for the other one on 2 different occasions and the detailer didn’t show up on both dates. Requested a refund for my car that they didn’t complete and was assured a refund of $159 would be credited to my CC within 10 days. Three weeks later no refund and this company is not taking my calls. What a scam they take your money in good faith but don’t deliver on their promises to do do the job they signed up for.

This company is a scam. They require payment up front. Nobody showed up for the scheduled detailing appointment. They said they would refund my credit card but after 5 hours on hold, they now say the only option is to reschedule or receive a gift card. Their contract says you will get a refund but they do not live up to it.

I had my car scheduled for 10:00. Nobody shoulder up at 10:30. I called the and had some excuse that they couldn't until Friday (2 days). Nobody called to explain why they were not there. I told them to give me my money back. What a sham. Don't ever use this terrible outfit.
