Is there a no-star option? Red flag #1 was requiring payment for service in advance, especially for something like a car detail. Of course, the appointment was a no-show with no communication or updates. When I called to try and reschedule, they told me that the detailer was "in the hospital and forgot to let us know." They said they didn't have any other contractors in the area and would have to issue a refund in 5-10 business days, with no option to reschedule. The rep showed up with no water and did a terrible job. This is a scam. Was told the rep would work on my two cars for 3 or 4 hours each. He worked for a total of 2 hours on both. Can’t get anyone to answer phone. SCAM !!!!!!

I'm so angry that I trusted this company. They never showed up. I was on hold for an hour and finally reached someone. Funny, I reschedule an appointment and had a call back within an hour. I will now be disputing the charge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This company is a complete scam. Will take your money before the service and no call no show. You will not be able to get a refund simply because no one will answer the phone.

They took our money up front and no refunds when service did not occur. American Detailing stood us up four times, three of those times without notification. After the third no-show we were promised a $100 refund and then set up for a 4th appointment. Another no show. Finally, we were offered a refund that we have not seen. They will not answer our calls, putting us on hold for hours with no response. They wasted much of our time and we are missing $633.

On August 18, 2023 I contracted a service for 08 Vehicles and paid 50% of the total amount ($1062) in advance. They started with the first 02 cars but did not carry out all the activities detailed in the contracted scope (Super Gloss Package), they even caused several damages to the vehicles (scratches and stains on the fabric roof of a corvette). I’m trying to get clarification of what was supposed to be done to the Jetta. So I’m looking at the headliner and it’s still bad was there also supposed to be a shampooing of the seats or cleaning the seats? There’s still a lot of streaks on the headliner the seats don’t look like they were touched. Car was not clean I have been waiting for a response via email or call

8/28/2023 - Called for 2 hrs. (waited on hold for 56 minutes) before an individual got on the phone and kept getting on put on hold, was to show up today at 12:00noon - for boat cleaning (Today/Tomorrow) and got an excuse that they must have gotten in an accident. - Said they would reschedule the appt and give a discount. This must be the latest in the scam of taking your money and then not showing up.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -

Terrible!! The detailer didn’t arrive with the correct equipment nor with the information regarding what I even purchased, I paid extra for shampooing of seats and carpets. He called in for approval of the 4 hours he should have been booked for what I bought, they immediately called me and stated I was being charged an extra $100 for severity??
