Do not use this company. I am owed a refund and Customer Service is giving me the run around! I, like others have called and sent emails to the company and have gotten nowhere. I have finally sent them a Refund Demand Letter, sent Certified Mail. I have called my credit card company and put the transaction in dispute. I will take them to Small Claims Court. Went on their nice website and scheduled a detail and ceramic coat on 3 automobiles. They called me about 15 minutes after I scheduled my appointment to give me a quote for all 3 vehicles. I agreed on the quote and set the appointment. They charged me $3800.00 upfront before they could schedule the services. I thought this was strange however I went with it. They expect you to pay the FULL PRICE the second you set up an appt. Then when you reschedule due to two no shows, and weather... you grow tired of waiting so you request a refund. They will VERBALLY offer a refund. If you ask for an email confirmation of the refund, they tell you that they cannot provide this to you. I wish I could give a 0 star. They did not perform the full service I paid for nor did the person who cleaned my Honda do a good job. It's like she washed the windows with a dirty towel. When I went behind her the paper towel was brown. I can not reach a person to request a refund for the service not performed. They were to detail the inside and wash the car. I had an appointment for 6/21. That morning I received a text around 9:10 that the detailer was on their way. Around 10 customer service contacted me to tell me they were in traffic. The detailer never showed and I didn't receive another call. I called customer service that evening to make them aware and to reschedule for 7/5. Booked my appointment for June 19, 2023 on May 29. At that time they took full payment for mine & my husband's vehicle which was almost $400. On June 18 I was told my detailer had covid and they needed to reschedule. I was offered a discount for the troubles and sent an updated invoice. It's July 10 and I have never received the discount. Worst place I’ve ever worked with, didn’t ever finish my car, had to cancel my credit card because they said they were going to just charge the card on file without my permission. Do not work with this company !!!! Almost 200 bucks for shitty service

I would t even give this company 1 star!! Today I was scheduled for a second time because the first technician did a terrible job! No show today! I called and was on hold for 45 minutes. Transferred so many times. They said I was being transferred to a manager but it was a fax machine! Called back and the lady transferred me while I was talking to her which was incredibly rude!
