DO NOT RECOMMEND. Required payment up front. Took two weeks to come out, okay no problem. Once they came out, couldn’t finish job due to weather, promised to come back following day. Never showed up even though we were told that day, after we called, they would send someone out. Called the next day and again was promised they would send someone out. Gave them a couple of days to no avail. Called 4 days later and was either hung up on, no answer, referred to someone else 3 times and still no resolution!!!!!!!!

I think I would like to give them a negative! I made the appointment they cancel the appointment. They finally showed up to do my 43 foot camper and when the guy showed up he had no ladders and his pressure cleaner is worth $.50 and I asked for a paste wax that was in the package deal and he said he ran out on the job before doing a boat so I got the wash and wax, all in 1 combo, the job came out like shit. Ridgeland , SC. Same! Twice no show no call! I held on phone for over 20 minutes to demand refund - told it will take 2-3 days to process. I’m concerned I will have to engage attorney, and I told the customer “service” rep the same. They require up front payment, then disappear. There should be a negative star review.

Unprofessional. Charged my credit card 3 weeks ago for boat detail. I actually sent an inquiry as to why charge in advance of service. Long dissertation about scheduling people, time etc. Called day before to confirm service. Ariel said it’s on the schedule. Apparently she is sales not customer service so she had no idea if he was coming or not. Day off, 1 hour and a half to boat and 1 hour after expected arrival time no detail person. Horrible company!! Made an appointment with them over the phone with a consultant for 2 vehicles. 2 weeks later the appointment date approaches and they were a no call no show! I spend 2 hours on the phone to get my money back. 5 days later, after talking to multiple employees everyday, I still haven't received my money back. They stole close to 450$ from me and I'm afraid I'll never get that money back.

I placed a service to be completed in February. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up or contacted me, even though I already paid $150. When I contacted them, they said the person couldn't make it in time, I asked for a refund. Since then, I have called them 10x+ with talking to various people regarding a refund and told multiple times that a refund will be processed but have yet to receive it. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I called on June 6th, 2023, about 0949 to schedule an appointment for my Two Vehicles. I was on the phone with the agent for 13 minutes. I was scheduled for June 13th, 2023, at 130p. I took the day off work, and it was a NO Call NO show for the Detailer.
