I wish I would have come here to read reviews and see the F RATING prior to getting my car detailed. I booked a SUPER GLOSS SUV + Engine + Carpet Shampooed, upon completion the car was parked inside a commercial buildings parking lot so inside the car looked great but when i got home and started really looking i noticed ALOT that lead me to believe that my car was 1/2 assed and really regret spending $400+. I had the mobile technician come to my house and while power washing the cargot too close and took a huge hunk of paint off my bumper We took pictures and submitted a claim The next day they called me and verified the before and after pictures and had me get an estimate to fix it I submitted the written estimate to them and they assured me they would send me the money for it but never did They also stopped answering my calls and responding to my emails Real Class!! Worst company I've ever dealt with. I relate to all the bad reviews. The main part of my service that I wanted was the shampooing. Even though shampooing was clearly stated in my service plan, I confirmed in my scheduling appointment that the service would include shampooing. I was assured it would. Guess what? The technician shows up without a shampooer. No steamer, nothing that would actually clean carpet or upholstery. He doesn't even own a shampooer or steamer, and says he has never been "trained" in using them. Instead ... read more

Inexperienced tech, did a horrible job. Contacted the company and after getting hung up on several times, I was told we were set to have the service redone. Then the line disconnected. I called back immediately and when I finally got through, was told I needed to submit pictures to prove my claim and then it would be reviewed. Absolute sham. I sent emails as well and never got a response.

Had my boat scheduled to be detailed. They have rescheduled me for 3 weeks in a row and said the detailer in my area has been sick for weeks. Very unprofessional ! They could not even give me a call to let me know the detailer would not be there. I had to call every time. If I could rate this a negative I would.

No showed for appointments, cancelled right before, took our money and its basically been impossible to get ahold of anyone. I wasn't even on the "Refund list"...

So sorry I had not read the reviews. They came out and did half the job. I have spent countless hours over two months trying to get them to finish the job. They do not answer calls regularly. When they do answer they con you into believing they are going to do something or get someone to come out. Beware them telling you they will call back, they don’t. I sure wish that I had done some research before allowing them to steal $366.27 from me! This business is a scam! They had me pay in full when scheduling and then they changed my date/time without confirming with me. They kept promising a refund (for almost 2 mos) and then told me to just take it up with my bank! They have no intentions of refunding the money. Wow....unbelievable!
