Scam for sure. I purchased "Perfect Interior Package." Detailer showed up, vacuumed without even removing mats, and called it a day. I contacted the company for a refund since my car was not, in fact, detailed. Over the course of 3 days, no replies to email inquiry and I was constantly placed on hold with customer service. I'm now disputing transaction directly through my bank. Here's hoping this isn't just a pricy lesson learned.

Do not use!!!! They are a scam! I ordered a mobile detail, and they charged me $385 and then cancelled the appointment. I requested a refund and it's now been 2 months and no refund. I've called several times and sent emails, but still no refund. Complete scam to just get your money..... Do not use them.

According to the other reviews, I guess I’m a lucky one. I got close to half my money back. The detailer was at my house only for a couple hours. I left to run an errand. I was gone 45 minutes and when I come back, he was gone. less than three hours. My 16 year old grandson would have done a better job. He was to compound and wax the inside of the boat and more. Did a one step light cleaner and polish. I guess I was lucky I got money back compared to a lot of the reviews.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT!!! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. It's all just a big scam, I prepaid $176 and called them for 5 days straight requesting a refund after canceling and they have been putting me on hold and ignoring my calls. I wish I had looked at the reviews before doing this.

I scheduled a service and paid upfront. The day before my service a representative from the company called me to cancel. It has been 25 business days and i have not been refunded. I have contacted them multiple times. they do not respond

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Where do I start with his horrible experience. They cancelled on me twice. When the detailer finally came to my house he was very sketchy. After 3 hours of wasting my time the results were very disappointing. My car was in the same condition nothing was done barely vacuumed, stains were not removed streaks in my car. Had a appointment 5-17-2023 no one showed up called 6 times they continued to put me on hold, I sent a email and still have not heard from All American mobile detailing, tried calling again and they blocked my number, this is a scam business.

Canceled service with 96 hours notice and requested refund. Was told only a manager can issue a refund. Guess what? You'll never speak to a manager. I've called/ emailed all week and no answer. When you call from another phone number they answer right away, then when you tell them who you are and give them the phone number they have on file from booking, they hang up on you.
