This is absolutely THE WORST company I have ever dealt with. They did a terrible job on my car. I paid extra to have dog hair removed. There was a ton of hair still, and several areas where it wasn't even wiped down. So I let them know immediately that I was unsatisfied. They told me they would have a manager call me the following day. That was Aug 10th, it's now Aug 18th and I still haven't heard from anyone. I have been trying to get a refund from them since May. They cancelled the appointment the day before they were supposed to detail my mothers car. I have called numerous times. If you want to schedule they answer right away but if you want to talk to customer service rarely will they pick up. Finally got a hold of a rep a month ago who told me they cannot process my refund. I need to dispute it with my credit card company. So now they will not respond to them so my dispute is still open. Worst company I have ever dealt with.... read more
Booked online several weeks ago. I called to confirm . They pushed me out , not even time I picked. I tell them manager needs get involved and they advise I would get call back . 0 call back. No way they were in all major networks as legit . They are unprofessional. Even hung up on me
I paid half up front and scheduled date. Called day of stating detailer got in accident on way. Rescheduled and day before called said mistake on date. Rescheduled and day before called same excuse as first one about accident. Waiting for refund but no one answers phone Karel
I have tried to contact this company numerous times within the cancellation window and they don’t have anyone working in customer service. Have spent the whole day on hold. Charged my card upfront and I cannot even get a refund. I tried emailing and calling. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I should’ve read the reviews first.
Never will I spend money with ALL AMERICAN DETAILING AGAIN... THEY will charge you an upfront fee then hopefully they have something available on their schedule... once they do the job it'll look good on pic if you're not there... like I was...I was at work and the pics the detailer sent me looked awesome...and the next day I noticed buffing smears,smudge but I can't do anything since it's under the coat...I left emails with the pics of the problem and no response, I called over 20 times and they just say the same thing...th... read more
-5 stars because they have a completely enraging and utterly disgusting operation. They scam their contractors and I had to fight for my money, they scam their customers (obviously), they had/have a manager who funneled money from the company into their own bank account, they didn’t answer the whole weekend I tried calling them to let them know I was putting in a proper 72 hour quit notice and they entrapped me because of lack of communication and held me up for me slaving for them on the “contract”, they are a scammer compa... read more
Paid for service and they kept rescheduling. I’ve been asking for my refund for 2 weeks. When I call, they keep saying the are checking with a manager or checking on the refund. Still waiting…..
This damn website is an absolute scam, scammed me out of $309 dollars and they rescheduled and STILL Didn't show up. So now I'm filing this complaint. Hopefully somebody takes legal action against them and gets this business SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY because every review is 1 STAR!!!. i need my $309 dollars back and if you're reading this please do not make the same mistake everybody else including me did and go to this website you WILL be scammed and they lock you into a contract that prevents you from getting your money back. ... read more
