I wish I could leave zero stars! They took my money and never showed up for the service! I wish I had read these reviews before I scheduled. I've called multiple times trying to get a refund on my credit card and a month later have received nothing. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Inferior service. I purchased a $225 detail. Detailer washed wheels with brake dust and brake material with a mitt and then used the same mitt and bucket of water to wash the car without a new mitt or soap or rinsing water. He also did not rinse off the foam which is used to get the grit off the paint. He just swirled it back into the paint. P It was 6:40 and I asked him if he wanted to bring the car into the garage to wax it as it would be dark in 20 minutes. He said he was fine and could get it done in time. I'd give these scam artists negative stars if I could! I had one good experience, so I booked them again and this time, they're scamming me out of almost $400. The first appointment, the detailer was a no show. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told he had "family issues" and we rescheduled for two days later. Two days later, no one showed for my app window once again. I called, this time I was told that the detailer quit the day before and there was no one in my area to do the work. This company scheduled a cleaning for two cars at my house, and took payment in full. They never showed up on the agreed day, and said they were "looking for someone else". They then said they had to reschedule to two weeks later, when they again failed to show up (this is now three weeks after they've taken full payment). This seems like a scam to me.

I’m actually a former detailer for the company. They are inconsistent, cancel bookings without telling you, and they don’t pay you. I did $1,230 worth of details for this company. Haven’t gotten a single dime for a month now. Everytime I call I’m on hold for over 30 min, when someone finally answers they give some bullshit excuse of why I haven’t gotten payed and play it out as much as possible until they just don’t answer at all. Scam company to work for and to book for.

Just wanted to add another comment to the already large amount of complaints. My experience was exactly what others have encountered. Simply making a claim to my bank now. Wanted to make sure to update the complaint date on this thread so someone else may see this hopefully before making the same mistake and know that they are still currently operating this way as of 11/1/2023. Get em' outta here.

I was waiting almost 6 months for a refund,and finally a gentleman named Jason made it happen. Sometimes I was on the phone for 8-10 hours waiting.Keri does not answer emails or phone calls.John the owner does not return calls or emails Guy name Sam asked me to send pictures of the detailing and told me it was unacceptable.Never heard back from him again. Call them back and ask for Jason.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The day of my scheduled detail service, a tech did not show up. I spent hours on hold with customer service and was able to arrange a tech to show up later that day. Due to my inconvenience, I was told I would be offered a refunded rate on my detail service. I signed a document agreeing to pay the refunded rate. To this date, I have not received the refund. This company charges for the total amount upfront, prior to the service being completed. This company is horrible. I booked 3 times, and no one showed up! I called, waiting on hold for 30 min each time to rebook and was promised it wouldn't happen again. Just trying to get a refund but do NOT use this company.
