I booked them 3 different times and they never showed up
The absolute worst business, a total ripoff! I am still waiting on a $300 refund and so far, I have sent 8 emails about it, all of which have gone unanswered. Seriously, not a single email was replied to. I have tried to call but can't reach anyone. A 'manager' is always out of the office or on another call. Do not use them! They cancel on you and never send you your money back! I've been waiting 4 months for my refund!
We paid for the best package to have EVERYTHING done in the detailing. After paying in advance for the service, we started getting calls from an outside source to pay for the service. We of course didn't pay the additional amount because we had already paid in full for the one vehicle. Fast forward to the day of service. A young man and yoing lady show up to do the service. Do not do business with this company. They charged me over $300 then cancelled my service unilaterally (twice). They claim they will refund my money but its been 6 weeks and they keep making lame excuses. Definitely a ripoff.
This company has been absolutely unprofessional and awful to work with. I scheduled a full detail package for my car as a birthday present. I paid over $370 for the package. The original appointment of my detail - no one shows up. No call or email from anyone telling me they are going to be late. I call and no one can get ahold of the detailer. So I reschedule.
