Could not Keep an appointment. Wanted to reschedule several times due to booking details in another state
**********************. The first technician showed up in the pouring rain without any type of canopy. Obviously, he couldn't clean windows, treat tires or wax the car. They did send out another technician a week later who spent the entire 2 hours inside the vehicle (Ring camera over the driveway), so I knew exactly what he was doing. This company is a scam they said they would be out and no one showed up and now that I have read reviews and spoke to their customer service I realized I have been cheated out out my money. I asked for the money back and got the same answer that everyone else got, it will be there in 3 to 5 days, also they told me they were under new management. They need to be taken down I will contact the attorney general in *******, I did this on another company and it worked.
I scheduled an appointment for Saturday March 9th between 10 and 11. No one showed up by 11:30 so I called them and was told that the techs chemical had frozen and he was working on getting it thawed out. I would think someone in ******** would be aware of the weather and make arrangements to avoid this. I scheduled a appointment back in Nov 23. They called and rescheduled my appointment 4 times with excuses from transmission going back to family emergency. After the 4 excuse over a two month period I cancelled it asking for a refund of $204. On 2/2/24 I scheduled an appointment for 2 cars to be detailed. They never showed up and 1.5 months later I still have not received my refund on 479.00.DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS.
**** did a great job on my autos and boat. Highly recommend him.
Scheduling was very easy, ********* was great, he did an amazing job cleaning the car. He stayed longer than intended to make sure everything was clean and complete with efficiency. Thank you all so much.
