Like others here, I scheduled service and provided my credit card for preauthorization. I was assured that I would only be charged after the service was performed to my satisfaction, including me calling back in to the main office to approve the charge.Instead, no one showed up for the appointment or returned my calls on the day of the appointment. Absolutely horrible experience!! If I could give them negative star review I would. Do NOT use this company! RV was left dirty, smeared glass, streaks and grim everywhere. Have contacted them for a refund but no response! Save your money!

Think they scam Senior Citizens. Wanted credit card up front $251.10 (never again) Asked for Sr ********* Scheduled date to come, day of no show..I called and they said they emailed me and change date to the next week. Never received email. Next week received call saying the detailer had car trouble and had to tow his car....scheduled for next week. Received early phone call saying detailer had to take their child to ER during the night. Rescheduled for next week....again phone call with excuse...I cancelled and ask for refu... read more

I am in ******** ********. I prepaid $2,580.00 in March to have my boat cleaned, waxed, ceramic coated and interior cleaned. Spoke with ***************************. It was a 2 day job and they were going to use a detailer out of *******, **. On the first day the detailer didn't show up on time but called and told me didn't have the money for gas to get from ******* to ********. I called AAMD and they got in touch with him. If I could leave a negative 5 star I would. I was rescheduled 3 times for various reasons. The first person supposedly hurt himself on a job, the second guy was a no show and no communication of any kind, and the 3rd guy was supposedly taking his sick daughter to the hospital. I finally cancelled the appointment my self. From the reviews I have read, I am not counting on getting my $400 back. I wish I had read some of these reviews before making the first appointment.

I made a huge mistake in not thoroughly vetting this company before paying $300 to schedule a detailing appointment at my home. Just as most people have pointed out in the reviews here, they never showed up, never returned phone calls and definitely did not refund my money. This is a substantial scam.

Be very careful about using this company. They are not actually a vehicle detailing company. They are some kind of a virtual company operating a phone bank out of *******. They attempt to contract with local detailers to do the work. They were either no shows or cancelled at the last minute twice now (after I traveled one hour to meet them at my boat). Absolutely awful. Scam. Repeatedly been cancelled on, when calling to ask for a refund the hold times are abhorrent and it's been over MONTH and no refund has come yet. The last person on the phone told my mother that "she had other customers she could be helping" instead of actually trying to be understanding and help us get our money back or at least try to give us more information about what was taking so long.
