Charged for detailing and appointment was canceled by All American Detailing twice. I called and was transferred to customer service which was a hold line and nobody picked up. Called back and asked for refund and was put on hold again. This company is either a full on scam or so poorly run that it is effectively stealing.

This company is scamming people. I paid upfront for my Cayenne and 44 camper. $1719. They were so nice upfront when they took my money. The car was a no show and when I called them they said my refund would be 7-10 days. The guy showed up to do the camper. No hose no extension cord and apparently no ladder. He washed it and compounded as high as the 55 guy could reach on a 14 camper. I called as soon as I saw the result of the detail. I accepted a position with this company to sell bookings for vehicle detailing. I worked 6 days @ $160 a day, I was fired due to calling a customer that had a booking, it turned out to be a no call no show from the detailer and the customer was never refunded her $278 that she paid, after speaking with her and telling her we are doing our best to improve our business and we have a new detailer in her area she agreed to give us a try again but wanted a nice discount, I addressed this with the SO CALLED MANAGER ********, and w... read more

I contacted All American Mobile Detailing on April 11th wanting their best package with Clear Coat. I pre paid $799 + ************* Scheduled for April 14th, morning Detailer never showed, called company they said his babysitter didn't show. I rescheduled for April 15th, morning. Again a no show. I scheduled a service in April 2024 for $265. The technician cancelled on me. I requested a refund and the customer service rep said it was being processed, but it was never refunded. They repeated this process with me over the course of 5 separate phone calls. By my 5th call, the customer service rep hung up on me. The refund is now being credited back to my account after 5 calls, but if I wasnt persistent about it, it seems like they would not have refunded me at all. This company charged me ******** to clean my suv an my mothers mini suv and it is her, me and my disabled grandson. Well they had to reschedule the appointment two times and promised 10 percent refund well that was back on April 2, 2024 and still no refund. They took 600$ of my money before theyd send someone out to detail my two cars. Detailer never showed up, and then when I asked for a refund- they said yes it would take 7-10 business days. After 10 business days, no refund and their customer support doesnt answer the phone. This company is shady and basically steals peoples money with no effort to rectify the issues or take care of their prospective customers.
