I have now had Two Vehicles detailed by them with one being the Interior Detail and one being the Interior and Exterior Detail. They did a very nice job and both vehicles. While they did leave a few odds and ends unfinished, I was very happy with the outcome and will using them again in the future!

On 13 Dec, mistakenly, I scheduled a car cleaning service and immediately requested a refund the same night for this service by phone. The representative said that a refund ($258.67) would be made to me for non-service. I scheduled detail to my car a week ago. You were supposed to show up yesterday Friday the 16th at 8:20am to 9:30am. You called changed that to 11 AM because you're detailer had a doctor's **************** at 11 AM. Nobody showed up or 12 or 1. I called 7 times 6 of those times you guys put me on hold as soon as somebody answered and just left me on hold & never came back, the 7 time you just hung up on me.if he didn't want to do my car. You could have just told me so.*********************

This business is a scam. I scheduled a detail on February 1. I was sent a contract for a $239 Perfect Interior package, and was made to pay before the work was done (red flag #1). I asked also fir an engine clean and they literally ran my card when the detailer arrived--and unknown to me they charged me $414.55!!! The detailer, ************, did a great job detailing my car but couldn't get my hood open to clean my engine, and when he mentioned the undercarriage cleaning I declined it as I didn't need it. Reading some of the other reviews here is a little disappointing, I hope everyone else had their issues resolved. I had a great experience with AAMD. I booked a detail for my father as a present and was out of town during the wash with no problems. Previously, I had to reschedule with AAMD multiple times due scheduling errors of my own, and they were more than happy to help me out each time. Booking my reservation was easy, and the result was very good. With two cars to be detailed, there was a great time savings in having the work done in my driveway. It was a good outcome at a very fair price.
