My detailer never showed up for my first appointment. I called customer service and turns out their wife was in labor! I was completely sympathetic, and happily rescheduled (mind you the new date was for almost a month later than when I originally scheduled). No one showed for the new appointment date, and when I called customer service they had no idea what happened. I asked for a refund which they said I would get in 48 hours. Made an appointment for the 10/3/23 and no one showed up. Called to cancel as I would be leaving Florida on the 11th. Gentleman was very apologetic and said it was their error. I advised them i would schedule another appointment next time i was down. I was then billed for the service and, when the charge was challenged, they informed ***** Bank the appointment was for the 13th. Shady business.. be careful.

These reviews are all consistent with my experience. I refused to pay up front. But then I gave over my credit card information after the customer service rep told me that the detailer was on his way. He never showed up. I wish I would have avoided this company.

Scheduled an appointment, their employee showed up to our house the night before around 8pm and told us the company was not paying them so they would not show up to the job. They gave us their phone number and offered to provide the service OUTSIDE of the agreement with All American Mobile Detailing. They sound/seem legit. I scheduled an appt for them to come to my house and detail my car. On the day they were supposed to come, they didn’t! When I called they said they’d have to locate my file. Shortly after that we were disconnected. I have not heard from them since then.

This company is an absolute joke. Booked a date, they asked to reschedule. Rescheduled. Planned entire day around it, cleaned out car, appointment time came and went and no one showed. Called the company, they put me on hold, came back and said they weren’t coming and asked to reschedule. Was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife but by the time we could reschedule it would be too late. They didn’t seem to care at all that they no call no showed…they’re the worst.

Paid and scheduled an appointment. I received a text that the detailer was on his way, but he never showed. I called an they rescheduled another appointment for a Sunday at 2. AGAIN no one showed up. Could not get anyone to answer at customer service. Got a man to answer my call to schedule an appointment and explained what happened. He said that he filled out te paper work for a refund. TWO weeks later after being on hold for 30 minutes, they tell me no refund forms had been filled out. Major problem with this company.
