If I could give a ZERO REVIEW I would. This company is horrible. Total scam! I cancelled a job within the 24 hour window. I was told I would get my refund on my credit card. Over 3 weeks later, still no refund. I have called numerous times, put on hold, disconnected. They had no problem taking my card upfront. Do not use this company!!! They are terrible !

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life!They made me pre-pay for the job ($799), then canceled my appointment 2 days prior. I was leaving town, so I asked them to refund me.A week later, I still had not received a refund after calling and being on hold for over 40 minutes, texting the person who canceled my appointment, emailing, and even messaging through their website! Horrible horrible detailing. Paid over$300 for vacuuming, shampooing of seats and carpet. Leather conditioning.. full wash and wax etc. The technician didn't even fully vacuum my car.. he didn't even open the back latch and get the inside in the back of my suv. Did not even dust or clean the inside windows. I had all the pictures and contacted customer care. After they reviewed the car they promised me a$200 refund which I never received. This place is a total scam! Dont use!!!!
Do not recommend. I made apptmt online; they called right away to collect my payment. I expressed hesitation to pay the full amount up front ($298) to a company I had never used before. They assured me they were a national company, etc. My apptmt was scheduled for 8am on Monday, April 8, 2024. They call me at 630pm on Sunday, April 7 and inform me their technician has no transportation and they wish to reschedule. Total SCAM ARTISTS!!! Much like other complaints. I too had several appointments postponed over and over for alleged"car trouble" on the 3rd attempt to have the detailing done. They flat out never showed up. Refused to answer any phone calls. They charge your credit card then dissappear. Nothing but a bunch of thieves. KARMA is real and I hope it comes your way soon.
There is no oversight or ************************ is in ******* and hires kids with a rag and a sponge in all cities all over the country. My detailer showed up, worked super slow and did not complete the services I payed for. *** did the best he could with very few tools he had.
I booked a detail with this company to get my daughters car detailed before she was given the car for her 16th birthday. The detailed never showed up or called. I had to call the company two days later to ask what was going on. They then rescheduled it for the following Sunday and again no one showed up or called.
