Unbelievably dishonest company. Should be put out of business. They require payment up front but will not show up. When you contact customer service you will get a run around. Ultimately you will not get your car cleaned and will have to dispute your claim through your credit card company to get your money back.

Absolutely awful. They double booked me and decided to tell me 7 minutes before my appointment. Then when i try to get refunded they send me the most un professional confirmation refund yet i never actually receive the money. Its been over 12 days and every time i call about the refund they hang up on me.

I had to cancel my appointment for a camper detail due to the employee not showing up at the prescribed time. I called customer support and canceled my appointment and asked for a full refund. The individual I spoke with informed me the appointment was cancelled and my refund will be credited to my credit card in 7 to 10 business days. I paid over $1K for this service in advance. Worst experience I've had in years.I think this "company" is a scam. They took my money and then "no-call no-showed" 4 times in a row. Every time this happened I had to go pick up my boat from storage, bring it to my house, and take time from my schedule waiting for someone to show up. The last time, I even called the night before to confirm and they always said not to worry, they'll be there. After the first time, they said they would give us a small refund for the trouble. If I could give negative stars I could. We scheduled a service and the tech never showed up or called to say they weren't coming. Here what happened....Scheduled an appointment, paid over $1000 dollars up front for the service. When is came time for the appointment tech was supposed to arrive between 8-9am, never came we called and were told they were running late and would be there by 10:30am. As a former contractor of this company, I can tell you plain and simple it is a complete scam. They scam customers and scam the contractors as well by trying their best to see how many jobs they can get out of you before you put your foot down in demand of payment. Then they ghost you. After one month, plenty of money spent to get the jobs completed and payment owed in the neighborhood of 5 grand they literally ghosted me.
