This company could care less that they waste your time. They took payment out of my account 2 WEEKS! before the service was performed. I was not told they withdraw the money from your account the day you make the appointment, if I know that I would not have went with this company. Nobody bothered to confirm the appointment or call the day of to see if the detailing showed up. The detailer did not show!! I can't say if they are for real or not. I booked the service to get my 2 cars detailed and no one showed up, twice! My credit card was charged anyway, and I put a stop on the charge The first time I was called and told the technician called in sick so they needed to reschedule, which we did. I called to confirm the reschedule 2 days before and was assured it was a go. Somehow my car seats look WORSE than they did before. They looked fine when he left because they were still wet. Once they dried it was a whole new story. Everything else in the car still looks dirty except the mats they looked decent. $249 later and I still have to get my car detailed.

Looks like I should have read these reviews before scheduling a service with these people. Took my money, never showed for appointment and can not reach on the phone. Sending an email now and going to dispute the charge on my card.

BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! We NEVER scheduled anything except a basic cleaning, they charged us over $2,000 immediately. We immediately called them back to tell them to refund it because we did not want that, they said they refunded us and never did!! We disputed the charge and they submitted FRAUDULENT documentation to the credit card company!! RUN! Do not use this company!!! There is nobody to talk to when you call customer service!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews earlier. They are a nightmare. They have taken full payment and I have not even signed the contract. I am going to stop payment. They did a half *** job with my first car and due to weather stopped the work. Told me they would come next day and it was a no show. Now no response to call after repeated calls. Better business pls do something about this business as they are ripping people off

Horrible company!!!! Booked 3 times and the company no showed all 3. I can’t get a refund because I bought a gift card. Believe me, I want to use the gift card but am not able to. Can’t get ahold of anyone. No one returns calls or answers emails.

Don't hold your breath! They may never show up..... I set an appointment to detail two cars at my home and I understood the technician would arrive between 8 and 9am and would call 20 to 30 minutes in advance. When I didn't hear from anyone by 8:45 I called the appointment center. I was told the scheduled appointment was for "between 9 and 10am" and they confirmed the technician would arrive in that time period. At 10am, with no call and no technician, I called them again. 1 star is far too many! Do not trust this company to perform as they state they will. I do not believe any of the positive reviews that you see online. I purchased a complete auto detail with some additional add-ons for my SUV to the tune of about $480. First, I was rescheduled by the company 2 times before they finally showed up to complete my job. They arrived so late in the day they could not finish the job before dark. They promised to come back within 2 days to complete the job. Well that turned into 4 other appointment... read more
