I am beginning my 5th year here at Portsmouth. I enjoy the area. It's peaceful and most of the people are friendly, especially the other dog owners. Any repair request is quickly answered. I just wish they would build us a dog park. Then I'd give them 5 stars.
I only give one star because I cannot give zero. The people in the leasing office are the least professional, least helpful people to walk the earth. If you move here and expect them to do anything about noisy neighbors, good luck. Expect them to remove trash or snow? Forget about it. Today we had about 8-10 inches of snow. I was barely able to get out around 7 am, then arriving home near 6pm, was still unable to park anywhere near my apartment because nothing has been plowed! All day! What am I paying you for? Love this apartment community and management. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a place to call home :)
The water is the most disgusting stuff ever...unless you like your water orange or brown. They have deleted all of my comments on here about the water...hello! red flag! They will probably attack me with a comment and I don't care. People need to know how bad their water is! Read reviews everywhere...most talk about the water We are not lying about it...but they keep trying to hide the truth. So glad we don't live here anymore.
